Features a unique flower-petal smoke evacuation system that purges smoke in all directions for a dramatic 360° effect. The circular airflow charcoal grill on the tray keeps coals lit without extinguishing them. All smoke and water contact surfaces are stainless steel for clean, ghost-free flavor.
